1. Scope of Service
MANAVA provides short-term rental of baby equipment, beach gear, and luggage storage services in Tahiti, French Polynesia. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Rental Agreement
Each rental constitutes a separate agreement. Rental periods are calculated per calendar day. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear. A security deposit may be required for high-value items.
3. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings can be made via our website or WhatsApp. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the rental start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the rental fee.
4. Liability
MANAVA is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use of rented equipment. All baby gear meets French and European safety standards. For luggage storage, MANAVA's liability is limited to 50,000 XPF per stored item unless additional insurance is purchased.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of French Polynesia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Papeete.
